Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on all orders over $75, orders under $75 are charged a flat rate fee of $ 5.99, and ship by US Priority Mail, UPS 2nd day, or Fedex Ground.
On average your order will be shipped the next business day with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, and on APO / FPO orders. To track your order please use Check your order status form above. Trackable USPS Priority, UPS and Fedex shipping for all orders.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight is available at your request. Please contact our Customer Service Center at (808) 664-5142 for shipping rates.

All expedited shipping orders placed before 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time will be shipped same day. Expedited Orders placed after 1:30 Pacific Time will ship on the next business day.

Shipping Notes:

This shipping offer may be discontinued at any time. All confirmed orders that were placed before the offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed regardless of the ship date

Most orders received after 3:00 PM Friday and orders placed on the weekend will be shipped Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped individually.

International orders will not be processed. Please contact us for details.

Many online retailers will not ship to The Hawaiian Islands addresses, but here at www.Alohatoner.com, we are happy to serve our customers in the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However because these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to reach, we are not capable of covering the cost of insurance and postage. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center at (808) 664-5142 to resolve any issues.

Return Policy

If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.

  • In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply contact our Customer Care Center by calling us at:(808) 664-5142 or email us at customer-service@Alohatoner.com
  • Along with your RA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges.
  • Please be sure to use your free pre-paid mailing label. In order to keep our prices low, we have automated our processes. Not using the pre-paid return label will delay the processing of your refund or replacement considerably.
  • It is our policy that all returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will e-mail you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
  • Also all non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition.
  • Because some of our customers have requested new products without returning their defective merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process.
  • Terms and Conditions: All merchandise returned must be received by New Century Technologies Inc. DBA: Aloha Toner within 30 days of receipt of goods. No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please call (808) 664-5142 for customer service. Any return after 30 days will be for exchange or replacement only. No Cash refunds will be given. Product results may vary depending upon your equipment and other factors. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 month from date of shipment. All returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee and subject to inspection by New Century Technologies Inc. All accounts must be current to receive exchanges or replacements. Accounts past due more than 30 days are subject to a 15% annual finance charge. All shipments from New Century Technologies Inc. are billed on an open account. Warranties and conditions are subject to credit term.
